WWE SmackDown: Live Results, Reaction and Analysis for December 13

Welcome to Bleacher Report's live coverage of the Dec. 13 episode of WWE SmackDown.

This week's show will see AJ Styles defend the WWE Championship against a man most people can't believe is still employed by WWE, James Ellsworth.

After turning on Dean Ambrose at TLC, Ellsworth won't have The Lunatic Fringe to help him win his battles, so Styles has a good chance of walking out of SmackDown with his title reign intact.

According to WWE.com, we will also see a Battle Royal to determine the new No. 1 contenders to the Tag Team Championships.

Will we find out who really attacked Nikki Bella at Survivor Series?

Now that he is done with Dolph Ziggler, who will be next to challenge The Miz for the Intercontinental Championship?

Which team will emerge from the Battle Royal as the new No. 1 contenders for the tag titles?

Has Ellsworth bitten off more than he can chew by challenging Styles?

And lastly, will Ambrose interfere in the title match. If so, which competitor will he target?
