Minnesota United goalkeeper Sammy Ndjock produced one of the worst ever during a friendly against Bournemouth on Wednesday, bizarrely throwing the ball into his own net.

It didn't get much better for the stopper, whose side went on to lose 4-0 against the Premier League outfit.
