Pagano Comments on Hilton's Potential Return

Monday, Nov. 28

Zak Keefer of the Indianapolis Star noted Colts head coach Chuck Pagano seemed confident Hilton would play in Week 13. Kevin Bowen of the Colts' official website also noted Pagano was "optimistic" Hilton's ailment wouldn't be a long-term injury.

Hilton Has Proved to Be Top Offensive Weapon for Colts

Hilton, 27, came into the 2016 season looking to build on three straight seasons with at least 1,000 receiving yards and five touchdowns. In 2015, he posted 69 receptions for 1,124 yards and five scores, doing so with Andrew Luck missing much of the season to injury.

This season, he's registered 57 catches for 888 yards and five touchdowns.

Hilton remains one of the NFL's most dangerous deep threats, capable of taking the top off a defense out wide or down the seam. While he's never quite ascended to the point of being a dominant, elite wideout, he remains a dangerous option for Luck and certainly the best receiver on the Colts.
