Bennett Enjoying Standout Season with Patriots
The Patriots acquired Bennett in a trade with the Chicago Bears during the offseason. He's been one of the position's most consistent contributors in recent years, tallying 19 touchdowns from 2012-15, and New England brought him in to create a dynamic one-two punch with Rob Gronkowski.
Through seven games this season, Bennett has recorded 27 catches for 367 yards and four touchdowns.
He's remained mostly healthy since the Dallas Cowboys selected him in the second round of the 2008 draft. The Texas A&M product missed just four regular-season games over his first seven seasons. He did miss five games last year due to a rib injury, though.
