Gregg Popovich Says He and Drake Are 'Tight,' Won't Name Favorite Song

You never know what kind of response you'll get from San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich (or if you'll get one at all). 

The comment he delivered about Drake on Friday, however, must be one of the most unexpected answers he has ever given.

When asked about the Toronto Raptors team ambassador's coaching of the NBA Celebrity All-Star Game, Pop replied, "Drake and I are tight. We won't compete against each other too much."

As far as what his favorite Drizzy jam is, the notoriously tight-lipped coach remained exactly so, revealing only that his preference does not lie with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's "Hotline Bling" skit from Saturday Night Live.

Oh, what a little All-Star break levity will do.
