Hertha Berlin forward Salomon Kalou claimed a unique record on Saturday when he became the first player to reach double figures for league goals scored in a single season in England, France and Germany.

The Ivorian claimed the record with a goal in Hertha's 3-3 draw with Werder Bremen at the Weserstadion, his 10th of the season and 16th overall in the Bundesliga.

The former Chelsea man scored 10 times in the 2010/11 Premier League season, while he scored 14 and 16 goals, respectively, in two seasons with Ligue 1 side Lille.
