Fans Can Stay in Bay Area Tree House During Super Bowl Week for $495 a Night
If you want to truly understand the magnitude of the Super Bowl, try finding a place to stay.
Space is scarce and often grossly overpriced. It is the biggest sporting event in the country, after all.
The solution? Stay in a tree house.
As Mike Rosenberg, formerly of the San Jose Mercury News, noted Tuesday, a Bay Area couple is offering its tree house for $495 per night during Super Bowl week. It accommodates just two, and no children are allowed. But past guests have raved about it.
Here's where it's located:
"Our little treehouse (now for grown ups) offers the best of both worlds… securely nestled above it all in a quiet, urban forested canyon with a beautiful view of the Bay - 15 minutes to San Francisco, close to SFO & train station & easy scenic drive to the Pacific Ocean & Silicon Valley.
