Biggest Questions Surrounding 2026 NFL Season After the Draft 🤔
Bailey's release comes just days after he posted a video to Instagram that showed him jogging through the hallways of the hospital:
After being shot in Miami Gardens, Florida, Bailey was placed in a medically induced coma before he underwent surgery, according to ESPN.com's Nick Wagoner. Bailey proceeded to spend several days in the intensive care unit.
Prior to leaving the hospital, Bailey received a visit from some of his teammates. He also communicated with the entire team via video chat before the Rams' Thursday night win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
"It was just awesome to see him," linebacker James Laurinaitis said following the video chat session, per Wagoner. "That was the first time seeing him since everything happened. He let us know that he's been appreciative of all the prayers and everything."
After Wednesday's news served as another positive step in Bailey's rehabilitation process, the hope is there will be plenty more to come in the weeks and months ahead.
