Peter Crouch Responds to Fan Who Promised to Get a Tattoo If Stoke Beat Chelsea
Joe GallagherOct 28, 2015
It's bad enough when your mates push you to commit to a blind promise made in the heat of the moment, but try being put under pressure by the professional footballer whose face you've vowed to have printed on your backside.
Stoke City striker Peter Crouch was an unused substitute in the Potters' penalty shootout win over Chelsea in the League Cup on Tuesday night, but he got his fair share of enjoyment from the victory.
Twitter user "Smithsta" made the promise in the lead-up to the game at the Britannia Stadium.
And former England striker Crouch made sure he didn't forget about it afterward.
