Karim Benzema's Sensational Overhead Kick Goal Is Wrongly Disallowed
Poor, poor Karim Benzema, indeed.
The Real Madrid man thought he had given Madrid a lead through a beautiful overhead kick at Elche, only to have it disallowed for being offside.
Not only would it have given Madrid the lead, but it rightfully would have been one of the goals of the season.
It appeared as though the Frenchman was onside when he performed his magic.

"Hey @LaLiga, Here you have the offside rule again. Tell your referees to take a look at it. pic.twitter.com/g77xwBOSfJ

Adding to Benzema's pain, it was the second time in the last eight months he's had a goal for the ages disallowed.
He scored this beauty during France's demolition of Switzerland, only to have it waved off due to the full-time whistle.
All would soon be right for Benzema, though, as he'd get his goal by means of a simple tap-in, thanks to a Cristiano Ronaldo cross.
