Colin Kaepernick Puts Twitter Troll with 8 Followers on Blast

People have two options when faced with a Twitter troll: Ignore them or fight back. San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick doesn't mind doing the latter.

On Wednesday afternoon, Kaepernick tweeted that he was spending his day working hard:

That's when Stephen Batten decided to talk some smack:

Kaepernick didn't feel like taking it, so he fired back. Multiple times:

Not surprisingly, Batten has more than eight followers now.

After struggling last season, Kaepernick has received his share of critical tweets. While the 27-year-old doesn't always answer, Batten must have struck a nerve.

In the future, Kaepernick would be wise to put his headphones on and walk away:
