Alex Morgan, Servando Carrasco Wedding: Attendees, Photos, Location and Details

United States women's national team star Alex Morgan and Houston Dynamo midfielder Servando Carrasco wed on New Year's Eve at Rancho Dos Pueblos in Santa Barbara, California.        

Friends and teammates, including Tobin Heath and Sydney Leroux, posted photos on Instagram of the wedding and celebration:

"To be surrounded by our family and friends tonight in such a beautiful location, and on New Year's Eve to boot, has just been magical," Morgan said, per People.com's Tara Fowler. "We are both so happy, grateful and excited to start our lives together as Mr. and Mrs. Carrasco."  

Fowler notes that 180 guests were in attendance and adds, "They celebrated well into the night with a live band followed by a DJ. The festivities even included a balloon drop at midnight."

Morgan is one of the biggest stars on the U.S. national team. She helped the USWNT finish second at the 2011 Women's World Cup and played a key role on the team that won gold at the 2012 Olympics. The 25-year-old also helped the Portland Thorns lift the National Women's Soccer League championship in 2013.

Carrasco has appeared in 59 Major League Soccer matches between his time with the Dynamo and Seattle Sounders. He's scored one career MLS goal and assisted on another.

The two met at the University of California, where both were members of the Golden Bears men's and women's soccer teams, respectively, and were engaged on Dec. 9, 2013.
