The NBA offseason has been quite eventful in 2009. The powerhouse teams are loading up on talent for a championship run. All the while our Portland Trail Blazers are building a team that will compete for years to come. Portland has had plenty of headlines this summer, so in honor of the drama, here are the storylines as TV shows:
