Spider-Man Pitch Invader Interrupts Sunderland vs. Manchester City

Manchester City's pursuit of the Premier League title went smoothly on Wednesday evening as the defending champions emerged 4-1 winners over Sunderland.

Proceedings at the Stadium of Light, however, were held up in the 87th minute when Spider-Man invaded the pitch to bring a distinctly arachnid vibe to proceedings.

The friendly neighbourhood pitch invader was eventually unmasked and was found to be neither Andrew Garfield nor Tobey Maguire.
