FIFA Clears Russia and Qatar of Corruption, Twitter Reacts in Predictable Style

On Thursday, FIFA ethics judge Hans-Joachim Eckert released the findings of an investigation into allegations of corruption surrounding the World Cup 2018 and 2022 bids.

Russia and Qatar were both cleared of serious wrongdoing but the English FA were heavily criticised. 

The Twitter response, like the findings, were not altogether a surprise, with people greeting the report with a hint of cynicism to say the least.
