The Big Ten is well Represented …

This year Penn State  is the NEW #1….  knew they were headed to the Top with a Bullet…
Wisconsin enters the list at #8
Iowa stays put for 2 years in a row at #12
Indiana Hoosiers stuck at #14
University of Illinois at Chambana dropped out of the Top 20 (Congratulations to the Fighting Illini !)



This is one list, I am glad Michigan State and Sparty did not make !
