Brian Quick is in the midst of a breakout season, but an arm injury might slow him down.

The St. Louis Rams receiver was injured in his team's Week 8 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com:

Following the game, Quick wasn't sure how severe the injury was, via Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch:

Quick came into the game with 24 catches, three touchdowns and a team-high 365 receiving yards. All three are already career highs for the Appalachian State product, who St. Louis selected in the second round of the 2012 draft.

With Quick out injured, the Rams will look to a pair of second-year wideouts, Tavon Austin and Stedman Bailey, along with veteran Kenny Britt to help fill the gaps in production.
