Iguodala Active vs. Jazz

Wednesday, March 9

The Warriors announced Iguodala is available to play Wednesday against Utah.

Iguodala Provides Versatile, Veteran Presence in Warriors Rotation

After spending the first decade of his career as a starter, Iguodala embraced the sixth-man role for the eventual champions last season. When the team has needed an offensive spark plug or a defensive stopper, he has filled the void, which has helped Golden State deploy a well-rounded lineup.

This season, Iguodala is averaging 7.3 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.5 assists while shooting 48.1 percent from the field.

The Arizona product is a consummate pro and has been highly reliable across stints with the Philadelphia 76ers, Denver Nuggets and Warriors. The only injuries he's dealt with have been of the minor variety despite a typically heavy workload.
