Cocky France U21 Star's Premature Celebration Comes Back to Haunt Him
Karma has a funny way of biting you in the bum as France U21 starย Layvin Kurzawa found out to his cost on Tuesday night.ย
The Monaco full-back scored a late goal against Sweden in the European Championship play-off. The goal looked to have qualified France for the tournament on away goals.ย
After scoring his goal, Kurzawa decided it would be a good idea to do his celebration, a sort of army salute, right in the faces of some of the Sweden players.ย
However, Sweden scored at the other end just a minute later, and goalscorer John Guidetti, one of the men who had to suffer Kurzawa's hand in his face, could think of only one way to celebrate.ย

Guidetti, who is currently playing for Celtic, on loan form Manchester City, seemed to spark something in his team-mates, because when the final whistle blew, the entire Sweden team decided to copy Kurzawa's celebration when they did a lap of honour.ย
