The top ten current tennis players from ten all the way to No. 1.
Rankings don't tell it all.
Ivo Karlovic has a HUGE serve. He is 6'10", and he can put amazing speed and great angles on his shot. Every match, Ivo winds up with 30, 40 or 50 aces.
His ground strokes aren't great, but he can hit a good forehand when he tries. If he didn't have the forehand, I wouldn't have given him this spot.
Jo-Wilfred Tsonga has a powerful serve that he places very well. He also has a great, heavy forehand.
His backhand is coming up as one of the best in men's tennis. It's not one of the best yet, but it might well be soon. He also uses serve and volley often, and that gives him some advantages.
Robin Soderling is a tall guy with a big serve and big ground strokes. His serve is hard and aimed well. His ground strokes are so good because they're heavy, and he has a big strike zone.
He can hit high and low balls. His footwork is not bad, either.
Novak Djokovic used to be really good, with a decent serve and great ground strokes. That was before when he used Wilson rackets.
Now, he has changed to Head, and his game has been worse ever since he changed. He's still a good player, but if he hadn't changed, he would have been much better.
Juan Martin Del Potro is a 6'6" Argentine with a big serve and solid ground strokes. His forehand is a bigger and more powerful shot, but his backhand is more consistent.
His footwork is very good, and that allows him to crush his ground strokes and be a better player.
Fernando Verdasco is a solid player with a huge serve and very attacking ground strokes.
The Spaniard hits a very heavy forehand and a big backhand, which allows him to take control of points.
He prefers playing from the baseline. He is comfortable on all surfaces.
Andy Roddick is a player who just keeps on getting better. The American's serve and powerful ground strokes enabled him to get to the Wimbledon finals and barely lose in the heartbreaking match.
He is also known to be very nice on the court and off it.
Andy Murray plays with a big serve and very, very heavy ground strokes. He is very good mentally because he can always pump himself up by yelling, which gives him momentum.
Sometimes, Murray can come up with a brilliant passing shot, which really gives him an advantage.
Rafael Nadal has a decent serve and immense ground strokes with a ton of topspin on them. The Spaniard has HUGE muscles, and really uses it to the max by crushing the tennis ball.
He is really fast, and giving up on a point is unheard of. He gives every point his best.
Roger Federer is one of the greatest players of all time. He has a great serve, and arguably the best forehand ever. He has a beautiful backhand stroke and moves like a ballerina. He has grand slam 15 titles, and is definitely looking for some more.
