Did a Bird Do Its Business in Ashley Young's Mouth?

Ashley Young has finally broken the silence on the infamous bird-poo-in-mouth incident during Manchester United's Premier League opener against Swansea. 

He couldn't say exactly what happened on that Saturday afternoon, just that he's been on the wrong end of a lot of toilet-related jokes as a result in an interview with Sky (h/t Manchester Evening news).

You would have seen a reaction from me. I've seen the video about 100 times.

After it actually happened—I don't know how it was and I need to get to the bottom of this as well—above my locker there was a pigeon put up. 

I walked in and thought 'oh no.' And that was it, everyone started taking pictures of it. Everyone thinks it actually happened. I don't know, I couldn't tell you.

We can neither confirm nor deny that a bird actually did its business in Ashley Young's mouth, but it certainly looks like it. 

It was a bad enough day for Manchester United, as they dropped their home opener to Swansea City, but if Young actually got a mouthful of poo, his day got exponentially worse.
