Flawless, beautiful and hilarious: This rendition of Frozen's "Love is an Open Door" is, dare we say, perfect.
For the Win's Laken Litman spotted this video of Navy baseball players Brad Borosak and Matt Kilby making the most of a recent trip in the car.
The premise is really quite simple. The athletes pop on the song and deliver a brilliant performance, featuring spot-on lip-syncing, while their buddy waits in the backseat waiting for his cameo.
Now, this isn't the first rendition we have seen of this song this week, because St. Louis Cardinals pitchers Adam Wainwright and Trevor Rosenthal attempted to sing the same at a charity event.
We say "attempted" because, well, watch:
Fox 2 St. Louis reports that that particular performance came at the first "Homers for Health" event, which "will benefit SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center."
We give points for delivering a passionate rendition for a great cause but simply have to knock the duet down a grade or two for harming what's left of our fragile ears.
As for the Navy duo, we sit in awe. We like to think this is the first time they ever attempted such a thing, but we know better. This is the kind of brilliance that comes from hours in the car, practicing the song as if they were taking soft toss at the cages.
Now, we have to warn would-be lip-sync artists, do not attempt this at home. We don't need to see the next iteration of "Gangnam Style" parodies, because you will fail.
We submit there is nothing better than these two faux singing this romantic anthem. In fact, this might be the best thing humanity has ever created.
