Last July, President Barack Obama awarded Fleming with America's highest honor for an individual artist, the National Medal of Arts, at a White House ceremony.
Now the soprano will perform on the biggest stage in sports.
The four-time Grammy winner, fondly referred to as "The People's Diva," previously sang the national anthem once, before Game 2 of the 2003 World Series at Yankee Stadium.
