Radamel Falcao

    AS Monaco's billionaire owner Dmitry Rybolovlev has agreed to buy out Radamel Falcao's contract with Atletico Madrid for £50 million, according to the Sunday Times (subscription required). Falcao is expected to accept Monaco's contract offer of €9.8 million per year, according to the report.

    Similar reports surfaced late last week, with Atletico denying a deal had been made (via Sky Sports).

    Falcao, 27, has scored 27 La Liga goals in 32 appearances this season. Monaco are set to return to France's Ligue 1 next season after being relegated in 2011.

Karim Benzema, Wayne Rooney

    Manchester United are considering a move for Real Madrid's France international striker Karim Benzema as a potential replacement for Wayne Rooney, according to the Sun.

    The £30 million bid for Benzema would be financed in part by selling Rooney for £25 million, according to the report. Rooney's future plans will be the "first priority" for new manager David Moyes.

    Moyes gave Rooney his first-team debut at Everton in 2002, when Rooney was 16. He joined Manchester United in 2004 and has scored 12 league goals in 27 appearances this season.

    Benzema, 25, has scored 10 La Liga goals in 29 appearances for Real Madrid this season.

Sami Khedira, Jose Mourinho

    Jose Mourinho wants to bring midfielder Sami Khedira with him from Real Madrid to Chelsea, according to the Sunday Mirror.

    Mourinho, 50, has been linked strongly with a return to Chelsea this summer. He previously managed the Blues from 2004-07, winning two league titles. He currently manages Real Madrid.

    Khedira, 26, has made 24 league appearances this season for Real Madrid, scoring twice. He joined Real in 2010 from Stuttgart and would reportedly cost Chelsea about £20 million.

Christian Benteke

    Tottenham Hotspur have made Christian Benteke their top transfer target this summer, according to the Daily Mirror. Arsenal are also thought to be interested.

    Benteke, a 22-year-old Belgian international striker, joined Villa from Genk last summer for £7 million. He has scored 19 Premier League goals in 34 appearances this season and is reportedly now worth £20 million or more.

David Beckham

    David Beckham is weighing a new, one-year contract offer from Paris Saint-Germain (via Sky Sports).

    Beckham, 38, joined PSG in January after leaving the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer in December.

    The former England captain has made eight Ligue 1 appearances while playing on a short-term contract.
