The WrestleMania event is bigger now than it was back in the 1980's. Hulk Hogan back then was bigger than life as the WWE started a phenomenon with WrestleMania. Vince McMahon made a product that is 25 years in the making.

There were three title matches and two titles changed hands — tag and women's championships. The only one that didn't change hands was the Intercontinental title but the champion did not win the match. This was the only WrestleMania where all champions lost the match.

The first WrestleMania match in history was Tito Santana vs. The Executioner. King Kong Bundy won his match against S.D Jones in nine seconds. Mr T was the celebrity to be involved in a match.

WrestleMania Rating: 7 out of 10. The matches were so short but the main event made up for some of it and it was the first WrestleMaina so that alone gives it the rating.

Final thoughts on WrestleMania I: I think it was historic and could have been better with the wrestlers they had but the main event made it for me and it is what it is — WrestleMania.
