5 Worst Botchers in the WWE

Max TowleJun 7, 2018

OK, so we can't all get it right all of the time. After all, to err is human, to forgive is divine.

That being said, the WWE has certainly seen its fair share of erring, or, to put it in wrestling-speak, botches.

Of course, in criticising these professionals for blowing aย promo or aย move during a match, we understand that 99.9 percent of us would do a lot worse in the same situation.

But this is entertainment, and we came for a show.

Here are the five worst botchers in the WWE.

David Otunga

1 of 5

It may beย a little harsh to criticise a Harvard Law School graduate for being green in the ring.

But nevertheless, David Otunga is far from beingย the most technically proficient superstar on the current roster.

Earlier this year, former WWE developmental talent Marcus Owens had commented on Otunga's abilities on Facebook, writing, "I swear David Otunga is the most unsafe guy I've ever seen on TV. I'd rather work Sid Vicious back when he was with the IV Horseman" (h/t Wrestling Inc).

Perhaps he's best off remaining in the manager/lawyer role he's got nailed down to a tee.

Kaitlyn

2 of 5

Oh Kaitlyn, where would we be without you?

The Queen of Botches, Kaitlyn has provided us with much amusement over the past couple of years with her terrible promo work and shockingly poor matches.

She may have a glowing smile, and a winning personality, but personally, when she makes her way to the ring for a match, I reach for the remote.

What am I saying? Of course I watch; it's so horribly fascinating, I can't look away.

Sin Cara

3 of 5

Of all the superstars currently in the business, Sin Cara's reputation for botching is as bad as it gets.

It didn't help that his first few matches in the WWEย didn't exactly go according to plan, but it wouldย be fair to say that it's not his fault all the time.

After all, his move set demands a lot from his opponents,ย and they're not always up to the task.

But still, Sin Cara's name as a botch specialist seems set in stone. Unfortunate, but unsurprising.

The Great Khali

4 of 5

You could forgive a guy who's 7'3" and 350 lbs for being clumsy in the ring, but that's not going to save him from a place on this list.

The Great Khali is essentially a gimmick character with no real business wrestling. The fact that he's a one-time World Heavyweight Champion only serves to embarrass the WWE even more.

That being said, he seems to be a nice guy outside of the ring, so Iย won't dwell on the matter.

Just watch the video, and I'm sure you'll see what I'm talking about.

Lilian Garcia

5 of 5

Making his way to the ring, "Long Island Iced-Z, Jack Swagger!"

Poor Lilian Garcia, not only has she botched a few introductions in her time, her countless stumbles and high-heel disasters make her an automatic choice for this list.

Also in her illustrious botch history is an infamous incident that took place in London when, upon making her way to the ring, she tripped on some pyrotechnic cables and fell knees-first onto the ramp.

Just a natural klutz, I think.

Who do you think are the biggest botchers in the WWE?
