Which Indianapolis Colts rookie is making the most waves in training camp? If the answer to that question was anything but Andrew Luck, the Colts would be in serious trouble. Luckily for them, the answer is Andrew Luck.

So far, Luck has lived up to all the hype that comes with being the No. 1 overall pick and arguably the best quarterback prospect since John Elway.

Here's what former Colts head coach Tony Dungy had to say about Luck after visiting Colts training camp (via Kyle Neddenriep of the Indianapolis Star):

What impressed me the most was the decision-making and lack of indecisiveness. He looked like a third- or fourth-year guy in his first practice. I've seen him play twice (in college) ... But to see it out there, and knowing he's had a condensed offseason program, it was very, very impressive. (The Colts) are going to be in good hands.

The Colts' current head coach, Chuck Pagano, has heaped similar praise on Luck (via Albert Breer of NFL.com):

I watch him take control, take command of the huddle, he's instantly earned the respect of everybody on this team, on both sides. It's because he's right -- he's making the right decisions, he's making the right checks, he's making the right calls. The guys know. This guy knows his stuff. ... From my vantage point, it's like you're watching a guy that's a three- or four-year veteran.

Both Dungy and Pagano say Luck looks like he's an NFL veteran of three or four years. The expectations have not only been met during training camp, but they've been raised. Luck is cementing his place as a bona fide leader of this offense.

Over the first six Colts team drills, Luck completed 122-of-162 passes, with seven touchdowns. I know, I know. It's just team drills at practice. Still, he's been impressive.

Here's what the great Colts receiver Reggie Wayne had to say about Luck (via the Associated Press):

Andrew’s going to be good, he’s going to be really good. He’s really smart, he knows what’s going on around him, he understands the concept, he understands the terminology, he understands it all.

He's even getting praise from his teammates on the defensive side of the ball.

Cornerback Justin King compared Luck to another quarterback who was taken No. 1 overall, his former teammate Sam Bradford.

Phillip B. Wilson from the Indianapolis Star tweeted: "Justin King says QB Andrew Luck doesn't repeat mistakes, from St. Louis days, QB Sam Bradford had misreads that Luck doesn't."

Remember, Sam Bradford had a pretty good rookie season. He completed 60 percent of his passes, threw for over 3,500 yards, had 18 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. According to King, who has practiced against both, Luck is ahead of Bradford.

There has been nothing but positive reviews for Luck. I mean, what rookie quarterback comes in looking like a four-year veteran? Rookies are expected to make plenty of mistakes.

Even though we're only halfway through Luck's first training camp, the Colts and their fans can rest assured that they have their franchise quarterback for the next decade.
