As Chelsea prepare to take on the MLS All-Stars in Philadelphia on July 25, some players have been in the news for potential moves in and out of Stamford Bridge.

New manager Roberto Di Matteo looks to capitalize on last year's FA Cup Final, and his players are believing in him as well.

Midfielder Frank Lampard talked to the Daily Mail about Di Matteo.

"He has done brilliantly and the results speak for themselves. You can see the desire and love he has for the club, and the supporters relate to that."

With the football transfer window closing in just 39 days, here are some players making news with the Blues.

Oscar

According to the Daily Mail, the Brazilian midfielder had a medical with Chelsea, but is still undecided on where he'll play next season.

Although Oscar hasn't made a public decision on his future, Sport Club Internacional president Giovanni Luigi confirmed (via ESPN.com) that Chelsea have made a deal that would send the 20-year-old to Stamford Bridge.

Luigi said to Radio Guiaba (via ESPN.com) that, "There is a verbal agreement between the two parties. But we have to put that on paper and the lawyer of both clubs have to discuss the matter."

Daniel Sturridge

According to the Daily Mail (via Goal.com), the English footballer is a prime target for new manager Brendan Rodgers and his Liverpool club.

In the report, the Reds are the leading suitors for the 22 year-old striker with a bid of £10 million.

In Premier play last season, Sturridge scored 11 goals for the Blues.

Robert Lewandowski

The Polish striker has been on Chelsea's radar for some time now. Lewandowski scored 29 goals for Borussia Dortmund of German Bundesliga last season, and scored a goal for his native Poland in this year's Euro Cup.

According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea must pay £35 million to Borussia Dortmund if they want to get the young striker.

This will be a difficult move for Chelsea as their original offer for Lewandowski has been doubled.
