Missouri Football: T.J. Moe is the Breakout Quote King of SEC Media Days
Considering that Steve Spurrier has been a one-man show regarding entertainment for those in attendance at SEC Media Days, its hard to top the ol’ ball coach—especially when he is holding court on the first day of the festivities.
That said, Missouri wide receiver T.J. Moe may have done the unthinkable—and dethroned Spurrier as day one's quote king.
The senior wide receiver—who was named to the Biletnikoff Award’s watch list earlier this week—lamented on a variety of topics that kept those in attendance and on Twitter thoroughly entertained.
This gem, courtesy of Brett McMurphy of CBS, is sure to end up on a t-shirt in Columbia sooner than later.
"Mizzou's T.J. Moe on SEC: "They say girls are prettier here, air's fresher & toilet paper is thicker"

Moe obviously has a grasp on the perks of arriving in the SEC.
The wideout didn’t mince words when asked about Missouri’s place in the SEC, according to courier-journal.com's Kyle Tucker.
"Moe says Missouri is "the red-headed step child" of the SEC now and has to prove itself.

He even commented in the disparity between the leagues’ dress code for Media Days, courtesy of Rivals' Ben Jones.
"Mizzou WR TJ Moe is awesome: "Everybody wears a tie or sundress to games. Look at me. I wore a Dri-fit polo to Big 12 media day last year."
— Ben Jones (@BW_Jones) July 17, 2012 "
Suffice to say, Moe was surprised at how seriously SEC fans are about their football, according to Jon Solomon of The Birmingham News.
"More T.J. Moe. This one on SEC Media Days: "It's serious here. I wouldn’t be surprised if everybody was strapped with a gun here."

While Spurrier didn’t disappoint the crowd in Hoover, the first upset of the college football season has already occurred.
Moe seemed pleased with his performance, and judging by his reaction afterward, so did those in attendance at the Wynfrey Hotel.
"Anyone ever had a standing ovation after a media day press conference? I just did. #SECKickoff2012
— T.J. Moe (@TJMoe28) July 17, 2012 "
Well done, Mr. Moe.
