As reported by Pwtorch.com, Ted DiBiase Jr. and his wife are now proud parents after their son was born on May 15.
DiBiase tweeted the good news.
"Tate McKinley DiBiase was born a healthy boy today at 4:17pm, weighing 6.9 lbs! Thank you Lord. May Tate bless your name! Psalm 127:3"
Fans have not seen DiBiase in action since early this year when he broke his ankle.
This may have been a blessing for him as he had no trouble being there for his son's birth. Had he been active and traveling with WWE, it would have been far more difficult making it to the hospital.
In addition, DiBiase has been given a chance to recover from a multitude of other injuries.
Some impatient fans may be wondering if this newest DiBiase will continue the family's wrestling lineage.
"Iron Mike" DiBiase is the adoptive father of former WWE star, "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase who is the father of the current WWE superstar.
DiBiase Jr. has yet to step out of his father's immense shadow, but has showed great promise.
Will Tate become a fourth-generation star?
Those premature thoughts are probably the furthest thing from DiBiase Jr.'s mind right now as he basks in the glow of fatherhood.
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. DiBiase and welcome to the world, Tate.
