Peyton Manning to Denver Broncos: Tim Tebow Is Finished as Broncos Quarterback

Mike MoraitisJun 7, 2018

Peyton Manning has finally made the decision that NFL fans have all been waiting for: According to ESPN, he will take his talents to Mile High and join the Denver Broncos for the 2012 NFL season.

And now Tim Tebow just became the most unhappy guy on the planet.

Tebow became the starter for the Broncos last season, and helped turn around what was a hopeless campaign, helping the team reel off a six-game winning streak and miraculously taking it to the playoffs.

To add to his legend, Tebow even won a playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers before suffering a crushing season-ending loss to the New England Patriots.

Before Manning arrived in Denver, Tebow was almost guaranteed a starting spot as a result of his accomplishments and, to a lesser degree, the overwhelming support of his loyal fan base.

But now that one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history will be taking his job, the future of Tebow is up in the air.

According to ProFootballTalk.com, the Broncos would likely trade Tebow if and when they signed Manning. And now that appers to have happened, Denver will likely begin shopping the former Florida Gator.

At this point, guessing where he can be traded is pure speculation, but one thing is for certain: Tim Tebow is done with the Denver Broncos.
