Everybody knows how talented Kharma is.

Nobody will deny the wrestling abilities of Beth Phoenix.

The cross-over appeal of Kelly Kelly writes itself.

Vickie Guerrero is the one of the best managers of this generation, and Eve Torres is slowly becoming a great heel on television.

Add in a great story surrounding Natalya Neidhart right now, and you have a very interesting group of women in WWE.

Now is the time for many divas in the company to succeed!

However, at the very top of the list are my three "it" girls.

Who is getting more attention than anybody in the tag team division right now?

Who constantly trends on Twitter during every show she is on?

Who has been in the company for years, waiting for her moment to shine?

Rosa Mendes.

Primo and Epico were a pair before Rosa came around. How were they treated?

Not very well. A win here and there, surrounded by a win once in a blue moon.

Since my "it" girl was added to the team, they have won gold and been featured very prominently on WWE television.

Not only that, but they defeated Jack Swagger, Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston and R-Truth last week on Raw.

Read through those names again.

That is a nice list of wrestlers.

Thanks to Mendes at ringside, her men retained the tag team titles. While being at ringside is always nice to see, I think it is time we see her featured even more!

With WrestleMania just a few weeks away, now is the time for Rosa.

On the SmackDown side, Aksana is just as charismatic. She has a lot of work to do inside the ring, but that doesn't matter here.

Being a great promo will always mean more than wrestling skills in this business.

Aksana has more than proved her worth in FCW and NXT.

While her character hanging around Teddy Long has been fun, it is just about time to move on from this story.

Her turning on Teddy and joining up with John Laurinaitis certainly would be exciting. For those who have followed her work in WWE, she makes a far better heel than a face.

It would be a welcome move.

However, anything that gets her more time to show off her skills would be fine with me. She could show the entire world her "it" factor live every Monday night.

Finally, Alicia Fox is ready for more.

She really is.

The days of her being a wedding planner for Edge are over. The days of her dancing on ECW are over. The days of her standing next to Kelly Kelly backstage are over.

Again, WrestleMania is just around the corner. Some wrestlers will find a spot. Others will not be on the card at all.

In some cases, it would be disappointing. In other cases, it wouldn't matter all that much.

While I am still rooting for Kharma vs. Phoenix in a Divas championship match, the time is running out to see such a dream match.

There's no doubt Eve and Kelly will (deservedly) find a spot though.

If any other divas deserve a spot on the card in Miami next month, it is my "it" girls.

They have waited for their opportunity to entertain the WWE Universe on a grander stage and have more than earned it.
