Milwaukee Bucks Lead the Way with the Best Christmas-Colored Jerseys

Many Christmas-colored professional sports teams get mocked and ridiculed throughout the year for their lack of style.

However, when December 25th rolls around, it's time to give these teams that don the red and green some lovin'.

So here are eight Christmas-colored teams whose day of the year has finally come around.

Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks won their only NBA title in 1971. However, they have amassed 13 division titles and two conference championships.

The reindeer, I mean Bucks, begin their 44th season on December 26th against the Charlotte Bobcats. That game will kick off their 66-game quest for a Central Division title.

Minnesota Wild

Founded in 2000, the Minnesota Wild have graced the NHL's presence for 11 full seasons. They have managed to compile a .531 winning percentage since entering the league.

So far this season, the red and green have earned 45 points, which is good for second-best in the Western Conference and a spot atop the Northwest Division.

South Sydney Rabbitohs

The South Sydney Rabbitohs are an Australian rugby team that began its life in 1908.  That makes them one of Australia's oldest rugby squads.

The Rabbitohs are the Australian Rugby League's most successful team, claiming 20 championships, but South Sydney has not won one since 1971.  The new season begins in March.

Bangladesh National Team

Many countries have red and green in their flags, but Bangladesh is the only country to have only these two colors.

Since Christians only make up 0.3 percent of the country's population, it's doubtful that many of them celebrate Christmas. They do, however, enjoy the world's eighth-best cricket team.

Ternana Calcio

Ternana Calcio is an Italian soccer team, and has made two appearances in Italy's top league: Serie A.

This season, Ternana Calcio is playing in Lego Pro Prima Divisione. They lead all 18 teams with 37 points through 17 matches.

Fort Wayne Tincaps

The Fort Wayne Tincaps play in the Midwest league, which is Class A.

They are affiliated with the San Diego Padres and have had Torii Hunter, A.J. Pierzynski and Jake Peavy on their team.

The Tincaps won the 2009 Overall Team of the Year Award in the MiLBY Awards.

Diyarbakırspor

Diyarbakırspor is a soccer club that plays in the second-best Turkish league.

Red and green have served them since 1968, though the colors haven't led them to any championships as of yet.

Cork City F.C.

Another soccer team, Cork City Football Club, plays in Ireland's second-best soccer league.

The team was founded in 1984 and became one of Ireland's most supported teams. However, after some financial trouble in 2008, the club went into a decline. The team is now owned by supporters and is back on the rise. They scored 73 goals and only allowed 26 during the 2011 season.

Washington State University in St. Louis

The Bears of Washington State University in St. Louis have won a combined 18 NCAA Division III Championships.

They are as follows: 10 in women's volleyball, five in women's basketball, two in men's basketball and one in men's tennis.
