Lamar Odom: New Mav Will Keep Up with the Kardashians in Dallas

After Lamar Odom was traded to the Dallas Mavericks, the next logical question was, what about the Kardashians?

Odom, of course, is married to Khloe Kardashian. The Kardashian family has been prospering in Los Angeles while Odom has been with the Lakers, fueled by hit reality TV shows and product lines.

But instead of Odom's departure to Dallas possibly keeping him apart from his love, TMZ.com reports that the entire Kardashian family is set to move to Dallas to support Odom.

I guess true love knows no bounds.

The Kardashians are actually set up well on the business side of things, too. They have several cousins who live in Dallas and they are reportedly planning on opening up a DASH store in the area.

So while Odom was understandably upset for being exiled from the Lakers, things might actually work out well after all. Plus, he's going to the defending champions who have since added Vince Carter to the roster and still have Dirk Nowitzki.

You can also expect a new reality TV show to be in the works, probably something along the lines of Khloe and Lamar Hit the Big D.

It may have not been a bad idea to leave L.A., either. There is growing speculation that the Lakers are headed in the wrong direction and are in cost-cutting mode. Despite being in good position to land Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard, there hasn't been much movement on that front and now Howard is reportedly close to signing with the New Jersey Nets.

Odom averaged 14.4 points. 8.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists last season with the Lakers, earning him Sixth Man of the Year honors.
