With a majority of the top 25 finally playing conference games you will see a lot of changes in the next few weeks, especially from the Big 12 and SEC as the elite start playing each other.

Week five was another action packed weekend which included many changes in the poll.

Here is the top 25 voted on by 18 B/R writers.

Notes: Arizona State came away victorious in a game where both teams combined for nine turnovers.

Sun Devils quarterback Brock OIsweiler threw for 258 yards and two touchdowns but also threw three interceptions.

Arizona State picked off Oregon State quarterback Sean Mannion four times in the Sun Devil win.

Notes: Kansas State wasn't supposed to be a top 25 caliber team but don't tell them that as they beat Baylor 36-35 on Saturday.

Quarterback Collin Klein was spectacular again for the Wildcats as he passed for 146 yards and two touchdowns while running for 113 yards and a touchdown.

Notes: Robert Griffin threw his first interception of the season at the worst possible time as Kansas State's Arthur Brown picked him off and returned it to the Baylor 15 yard line with just five minutes to go.

Besides the interception Griffin was spectacular again throwing for 346 yards and five touchdowns in defeat.

Notes: Michigan State held Ohio State to 178 total yards as the Spartans won an ugly game 10-7.

Kirk Cousins had 250 yards passing and a touchdown while receiver B.J. Cunningham caught nine passes for 154 yards and a touchdown for the Spartans.

Notes: Auburn's running back Michael Dyer ran for 141 yards and a touchdown as Auburn upset South Carolina Saturday.

Auburn was able to hold Marcus Lattimore to just 66 rushing yards and intercepted Stephen Garcia twice.

Notes: Virginia Tech continued to struggle on offense as the Tigers upset the Hokies on Saturday.

David Wilson was the only player for the Hokies that was effective as he ran for 123 yards on 20 carries.

Notes: South Carolina was unable to stop Auburn when it counted most as the Tigers upset the Gamecocks on Saturday.

Stephen Garcia struggled once again at throwing the ball as he threw for two more interceptions.  He now has four touchdowns and nine interceptions for the season.

Notes: Illinois went 69 yards in the final minute to play to cap off the victory against Northwestern, 38-35.

Quarterback Nathan Scheelhaase had 391 yards and three touchdowns in the comeback victory.

Notes: Florida's John Brantley started off the game with a 65-yard touchdown on the first play, but unfortunately it was the only time they saw the end zone all night.

Brantley got hurt late in the second quarter and did not return, leaving the offense in shambles as freshman Jeff Driskel was unable to move the ball.

Brantley had 190 yards passing and a touchdown before he got hurt.

Notes: Freshman Dustin Garrison ran for 291 yards and a touchdown as West Virginia gained 360 yards on the ground against Bowling Green.

Mountaineer quarterback Geno Smith threw for 238 yards and three touchdowns in the blowout victory.

Notes: Taylor Martinez had one of his worst games in his career as he threw three interceptions and Nebraska got blown out at Camp Randall.

Nebraska gave up 486 total yards to Wisconsin on Saturday night.

Rex Burkhead was the only bright spot as he had 96 yards and a touchdown on just 18 carries.

Notes: Georgia Tech's Orwin Smith ran for 74 yards and three touchdowns as the Yellow Jackets beat the Wolfpack, 45-35.

The Yellow Jackets continued their impressive run game with 10 different people running the ball.

Georgia Tech quarterback Tevin Washington had just four completions but two of them were for touchdowns.

Notes: Texas laid the smackdown on Iowa State in the battle of the unbeatens on Saturday, 37-14.

David Ash threw for 145 yards and two touchdowns for the Longhorns while Jaxon Shipley had 141 yards and a touchdown receiving.

No. 11: Michigan Wolverines

Notes: Michigan wasted no time in taking down the Gophers as they built a 38-0 halftime lead and never looked back winning 58-0.

Michigan's Denard Robinson didn't have the gaudy numbers as he threw for 169 yards and two touchdowns while running for 51 yards and a touchdown.

Oh, the reason why his numbers weren't huge in the blowout, he only played two and a half quarters.

Notes: Tyler Wilson broke the Razorback record for most yards passing in a single game with 510 yards and three touchdowns.

Wilson brought Arkansas back from a 17-35 halftime deficit to avoid two straight losses.

Arkansas receiver Jarius Wright caught 13 passes for 281 yards and a touchdown in the win.

This is the third straight ranked team that Clemson has beaten.
