Miami Dolphins Land Reggie Bush, Reshape a Running Attack in Question
The Miami Dolphins have done it. Sources from ESPN have reported that the Miami Dolphins and the New Orleans Saints have agreed to terms that would have Reggie Bush traded to the Miami Dolphins for Jonathan Amaya, pending a contract agreement between the Dolphins and Reggie Bush.
Early this morning, Reggie Bush's agent and the Dolphins agreed to the terms of his new contract with the Dolphins. The entire trade was pending on the ability of the two parties to reach an agreement. A two year, $10 million one. Once Reggie Bush flies down to Miami to sign the new contract, the trade will be official.

Offseason Moves for Every Team 👉
This acquisition by the Miami Dolphins is a necessary one in order to solidify a stagnant running game over the last few years. Ricky Williams' on-again, off-again performances were not the answer to the running duo that Miami had envisioned.
Ronnie Brown is definitely starting running back material. However, it just was not "clicking" in Miami. So as of now it looks like Ronnie Brown will be heading elsewhere this off-season.
Miami saw this situation developing long before the draft. The Miami Dolphins selected Daniel Thomas with its second-round pick. Now the newest Miami Dolphin, Reggie Bush, is the compliment that Thomas and the Dolphins needed to reshape its running attack.
The optimist can see this move as a way to help Brandon Marshall, who had a disappointing season last year. The strong running attack will bring the defense into the box and allow for Marshall and Henne (or Kyle Orton) to stretch the field deep, but that is a whole other story.
