Alexandre Pato and Sergio Ramos: Could They Be Swapped In 2011-2012?
MILAN, ITALY-- Real Madrid's top man Jose Mourinho has made it very clear since the beginning of his tenure in Spain; Los Blancos needs another striker.
Alexandre Pato could be the subject of this monster transfer this summer.
The 21-year-old has his name on the tip of the tongues of clubs such as Chelsea and Real Madrid. AC Milan has taken Europe's keen interest in their player and reportedly are constructing an offer to present to Los Merengues:

Right-Back Defender: Sergio Ramos to AC Milan
and
Striker/Forward: Alexandre Pato to Real Madrid
This year Madrid's feature striker Gonzalo Higuain went down with a season ending injury and Real Madrid had Emmanuel Adebayor come to Spain on loan from Manchester City.
It's been said that Jose Mourinho does not have the best relationship with Sergio Ramos and it's been evident that Karim Benzema has failed to impress the Portuguese coach. AC Milan are looking to strengthen and and add youthfulness to their back line.
In all honesty this deal would work out best for both teams, hypothetically speaking.
For AC Milan
Rossoneri have an experienced team. Unfortunately with an 'experience' tag comes older players.
With AC Milan's starting back line being having three 34-year old's and one 35-year old, the addition of the 24-year old energetic Spanish defender can be a huge advantage for the San Siro residents.
Sergio Ramos isn't in bad form for Madrid but his relationship with the coach isn't all that great.
It's pretty good news that Madrid would consider this deal. Adding Ramos can help with a defender who will gain possession high on the pitch and hold a high defensive line.
He has appeared in nineteen games this season under Mourinho and acquired one goal.
For Madrid
Benzema's departure can make way for Pato as well as leave opportunity for playing time and give Madrid the quick, hard working striker they needed.
As for the bargaining chip what better player than Sergio Ramos.
The 24-year-old Spanish defender's departure can leave room for Albiol, Arbeloa or Garay to take over the right-back position should Madrid decide to not fill in void in the transfer market.
My suggestion: reunite Brazilian defender Maicon from Inter with Jose Mourinho.
Pato can add depth, speed and quality at the Bernabeu. The youngster has an unmatched potential and can be a superstar under Mourinho's system. Adding himself to the Madrid roster will open his game and he can be the center of the attacking focus for Los Blancos.
Real Madrid and AC Milan will both get what they desire out of this transfer. Now we can all just wait and hope it goes through for the sake of better football.
Until the transfer window reopens after the season's ending this is all speculation, but it leaves the fans pondering. If this deal does go through, who will fare better? Who will make their team's money worth?
