ESPN Friday Night Fights: Live Updates and Round by Round Coverage

Live results will be posted for this week's edition of ESPN Friday Night Fights beginning at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN2. The main event features a 10-round super middleweight bout between Daniel Edouard and Peter Manfredo, Jr.

On the undercard, Aaron Pryor, Jr. will be facing off against unbeaten prospect Edwin Rodriguez in a 10-round super middleweight bout.

Aaron Pryor, Jr. (15-2) vs. Edwin Rodriguez (17-0)

Round One: Rodriguez trying to work the body early. Feeling out process as Pryor sticks the jab into Rodriguez's face but is not effective with it. Pryor lands a nice right hand to end round, but the work rate of Rodriguez wins the round for him. Rodriguez 10-9

Round Two: Pryor finding his range better with the jab. Rodriguez throws a counter left that lands. Rodriguez still aiming for the body. Pryor having a better round and closes it strong. Pryor 10-9

Round Three: Punch stats show both fighters landing 19 jabs in first two rounds. Rodriguez starting off the round slow, and Pryor is trying to take advantage. Relatively close round and fight, but Rodriguez seems to be slowing down. Pryor 10-9

Round Four: Pryor lands some good jabs and a right cross on Rodriguez to start off the round. Pryor lands a big right hand halfway through the round. Rodriguez lands a nice counter shot as Pryor comes in. Rodriguez closes round with nice combination. Rodriguez 10-9

Round Five: Punch stats through round four see Rodriguez landing 63 and Pryor landing 62. It's a very close fight. Rodriguez is throwing wide and missing. Round is even past two minute mark, and Pryor lands two big right hands to steal round in the final minute. Pryor 10-9

Round Six: Pryor lands nice right hand to the body and a jab to finish the combination. Rodriguez seems to have given up on the body. He takes a right hand as he steps in. Both fighters exchanging in the middle of the ring, and Rodriguez is loading up. Rodriguez misses big with left hook. Close round. 10-9 Pryor

Round Seven: Pryor starts off round landing a right hand and a left hook. Rodriguez is still missing wide. Rodriguez gets some shots in to the body of Pryor and lands a lead left uppercut. Rodriguez's footwork is sloppy, and Pryor lands a hard right hand to close the round. Pryor 10-9

Round Eight: It's a close fight going into the eighth round. Both fighters fighting out of the clinch to start off the round. Rodriguez having a better round, and referee takes a point away from Pryor for using the elbow. That could be huge if this fight goes to the scorecards. Rodriguez 10-8

Round Nine: Punch stats through round eight: 125/498 Rodriguez, 128/492 Pryor Jr. Rodriguez still missing wide, and the round is too close to call. Rodriguez 10-9

Round Ten: Winner of this round wins the fight on my scorecard. Rodriguez gets Pryor on the ropes and lands a bunch of right hands. This is the type of round he needs. Pryor lands a nice combination and comes back strong halfway through. Rodriguez finishes round with right hand. Rodriguez 10-9

TOTAL: 95-94 Rodriguez

Judges score it 96-93, 98-91, and 97-92 all for Edwin Rodriguez. His record improves to 18-0.

Daniel Edouard (23-3) vs. Peter Manfredo Jr. (36-6)

Round One: Edouard flicks the jab early, but nothing lands. Edouard opens up halfway through the round, and Manfredo returns with some body shots. Edouard 10-9

Round Two: Manfredo throws left hook combinations to the body and head of Edouard. His punch output is picking up this round. Edouard outlanding Manfredo with the jab 16 to 6. Edouard clips Manfredo with a right hand. Edouard 10-9

(Flashback between rounds shows Edwin Rodriguez claiming to fight the last six rounds of his fight injured, and he was taken to the hospital.)

Round Three: Edouard lands a short right hand and tries to land a left hook but misses. Punch stats through first two rounds: Manfredo 50/163, Edouard 59/216. Manfredo lands right hand near end of the round. Manfredo 10-9

Round Four: Punch stats show Edouard outlanding Manfredo in third round 26-21. Edouard lands two left hands and a right hand as Manfredo goes near the ropes. Manfredo lands a huge right hand and Edouard stumbles to the canvas. He gets up at the count of eight and doesn't look good. Manfredo 10-8

Round Five: Manfredo comes out fast and is looking for the finish as Edouard stays against the ropes. He may have gassed himself out and Edouard takes advantage. Manfredo lands a left hand and Edouard looks hurt. Manfredo outlanding Edouard in power connects this round 32-13. Manfredo 10-9

Round Six: Edouard lands some good jabs in the first half of the round. Manfredo returns with an attack while Edouard sits on the ropes. Close round, but Manfredo finishes stronger. Manfredo 10-9

Round Seven: Good action from both boxers to open the round. Manfredo lands some nice body shots and a right hand that puts Edouard against the ropes. Edouard is absorbing a lot of punishment against the ropes. Halfway through the round, and Manfredo is outlanding Edouard 23-6. Manfredo finishes round with some big punches. Manfredo 10-9

Round Eight- Manfredo lands a right hand and left hook. Edouard goes near the ropes again and Manfredo takes advantage. He lands a punch to the body to finish the round. Manfredo 10-9

Round Nine: Edouard follows orders from his corner and comes out faster than he did in previous rounds. Not much landing, but Edouard is working hard. Manfredo finishes round with a bunch of right hands. Manfredo 10-9

Round Ten: Edouard's corner tells him he needs the knockout, and he does. Edouard's right eye is swollen shut. With a minute left in the bout, Manfredo lands some right hands to the body. Edouard is desperate, and Manfredo knows it. Manfredo 10-9

TOTAL: 98-91 Manfredo Jr.
