With the national championship game a little more than two weeks away, the stars of the game like LaMichael James and Heisman Trophy winner Cam Newton will undoubtedly get the most spotlight during the game in Glendale.

As the two programs made their way through the 2010 season, the teams were aided in their quest to remain undefeated by the play of the freshman newcomers who arrived on the campus this fall.

With the help in the regular season, the freshman players can be the X-factor in this game that be the game-changing moment for the first national title for Auburn since 1957 and first ever for Oregon.
