Report: Barcelona, Atletico Madrid Target PSV Forward Hirving Lozano
Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are reportedly among a number of top European clubs interested in PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano.
According to Manolete of AS, the Blaugrana have already been in contact with the Mexican's representatives, while Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund have also been linked with the 23-year-old.
Lozano joined PSV from Pachuca ahead of the 2017-18 season.

He netted 17 goals and provided eight assists in his debut Eredivisie campaign and already has two goals and an assist in 2018-19.
He was excellent for Mexico at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, particularly against Germany when he scored the only goal as El Tri beat the defending champions:
Lozano boasts many attributes that make him a handful for opposition defenders.
Able to play on either flank, but preferring the left, he boasts express pace and remarkable confidence on the ball. He also has a fine delivery into the box.
If it were to come down to a transfer battle between Atleti and Barca, the La Liga champions would have the financial clout to comfortably outbid the Madrid outfit. However, if United do decide to push ahead with their interest, they could well challenge the Camp Nou giants.
