Mohamed Salah Breaks EPL Scoring Record, Liverpool Beats Brighton 4-0

Mohamed Salah set the new record for goals scored in a 38-match Premier League season in Liverpool's 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday, bagging his 32nd of the campaign.

Liverpool led by two goals at half-time, taking much of suspense out of the match and making fans forget all about the fact they were denied multiple penalty shouts once again. Solanke's Audition Goes Well

Solanke has gotten somewhat lost in the striker mix for Liverpool this season, which makes sense given the Reds' great attacking form. He got his chance to start Sunday, and while he missed one big chance before half-time, he made up for it with an expert finish after the break.

Robertson's Reward

While Salah's signing and subsequent scoring form stole all the headlines, one could easily argue Robertson was an even better value signing than the Egyptian last year. Per James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo, he cost the club a modest £10 million, and no one likely expected him to play such a major role so soon.
