Premier League Results Week 37: Saturday's 2018 EPL Scores, Top Scorers, Table
West Bromwich Albion will live to fight another day in the Premier League after Jake Livermore's last-gasp strike at the Hawthorns led them to a 1-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
Stoke City replaced the Baggies at the bottom of the table, as they became the first team relegated to the Championship this season following their 2-1 home defeat to Crystal Palace in Saturday's early kick-off.
West Brom faced another near scrape with relegation in the evening kick-off, where a 96th-minute Everton equaliser against 10-man Southampton saw to it that their top-flight status remains for the time being.

Stoke City Relegated, West Brom Still Scrapping
Harry Kane might have looked to close the distance on Premier League top scorer Mohamed Salah with a trip to West Brom on Saturday, but the Baggies' stubbornness prevented Spurs' attack at almost every turn.
Darren Moore's men had just a quarter of possession and half the shots their guests did, per WhoScored.com, but sports writer Ben Dirs put into context how little their pressure counted for after Livermore's 91st-minute breakthrough:
A stalemate looked certain entering the dying exchanges of the clash, but a goalmouth scramble that could have seen Danny Rose divert into his own net saw Livermore emerge and send the Hawthorns into raptures.
The Baggies are still fighting for their top-flight futures, but the same can't be said for Stoke after they failed to defend a 1-0 lead at home to Palace, who came out 2-1 winners after Patrick van Aanholt's late winner.
Palace are secure under Roy Hodgson and further safeguarded their status with the win at the Bet365 Stadium. The goals from James McArthur and Van Aanholt extended their unbeaten run to five matches, and The Independent's Lawrence Ostlere outlined their incredible form since the start of the year:
Southampton were on the verge of relegating West Brom had they seen out a 1-0 win at Goodison Park, but Tom Davies' injury-time equaliser meant the Saints had to settle for moving out of the relegation zone.
Nathan Redmond opened the scoring for Southampton in their trip to Merseyside, but centre-back Maya Yoshida's sending-off with five minutes left gave the Toffees—and West Brom—hope, per BBC 5 live Sport:
Davies capitalised six minutes into injury time and squeezed a deflected effort in past Saints goalkeeper Alex McCarthy.
This stretch of the season is also a last opportunity for some players to make their presences felt ahead of 2018 FIFA World Cup squad selection, and West Ham's Mark Noble did his bit to ensure England manager Gareth Southgate took notice.
Joao Mario—on loan from Inter Milan—scored his second goal for the club at the King Power Stadium and had a hand in Noble's superb volley from a free-kick setting, which Match of the Day host Gary Lineker applauded:
The Hammers are now six points above 17th-placed Southampton with two games left to play, quelling any lingering fears of relegation there might have been in east London.
Newcastle were unimpressive in the first half of their meeting with Watford and failed to turn the tide at Vicarage Road despite a much-improved second 45 minutes, thanks to goals from Roberto Pereyra and Andre Gray.
Three points moved Watford up to 13th. Newcastle sits in 10th. They pulled one back in the second half through Ayoze Perez, per OptaJoe, who made it clear to see where the Magpies' main problem lies:
A training-ground move from the free-kick saw Fraser score to give Bournemouth the only goal in their meeting with Swansea, whose form continues to trail after Carlos Carvalhal made such a bright start as manager.
The Swans have now lost their last three and have failed to score in each.
