La Liga Results 2018: Scores and Updated Table After Saturday's Week 30 Matches
Lionel Messi kept Barcelona's hopes of an unbeaten season in La Liga alive when he came off the bench to score a brilliant late equaliser against Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium on Saturday.
Messi had started on the bench for the first 57 minutes as leaders Barca kept one eye on their UEFA Champions League quarter-final first leg against AS Roma on Wednesday.
Sevilla took advantage to go two in front, before Luis Suarez and Messi both scored within the final three minutes to earn a 2-2 draw and rescue a point.

Barca and Sevilla's dress rehearsal for this season's Copa del Rey final initially favoured the latter after a stunning first-half display.
Resting Messi didn't look like the best move once Franco Vazquez gave the hosts a lead they merited nine minutes before the break. A deft exchange between Vazquez and left-back Sergio Escudero saw the latter return a cross the former headed in with ease.
Escudero was again the creative inspiration as Sevilla doubled the lead four minutes after the break. His shot rebounded to Luis Muriel, who made no mistake from close range.
It prompted a damning indictment of Barcelona without their best player from Goal's Ben Hayward:
A desperate goal-line clearance from Gerard Pique finally prompted Barca manager Ernesto Valverde to bring Messi off the bench.
It proved an inspired decision after Suarez had scored from close range to get the visitors back in it. His striker partner's goal was the cue for Messi to work his magic, and a trademark left-footed drive from outside the box found the bottom corner to break Sevilla hearts.
Like Barca, Real also rested notable names, with attacking talisman Ronaldo left out altogether.
Bale hasn't always been able to prove his worth this season, but the oft-injured Welshman was at his free-scoring best in Gran Canaria. He raced clear in the 26th minute to meet Luka Modric's deft ball over the top.

Typically, Bale's pace set him free from his markers before the 28-year-old finished emphatically by placing a shot into the corner.
Bale's second was easier to manage, as the former Tottenham Hotspur forward struck from the penalty spot six minutes after the break. The spot-kick had been awarded when Las Palmas right-back Joaquin Navarro Jimenez hacked Bale down with a wild challenge.
In between, Benzema had already scored from 12 yards after Lucas Hernandez was felled by a reckless lunge from Jonathan Calleri.
Benzema didn't waste his chance, but Bale ended the game as the star of the show after peppering the hosts with shots, per OptaJose:

The same source noted how much Las Palmas manager Paco Jemez has struggled against Los Blancos:
Earlier, Athletic were denied three useful points by a stoppage-time equaliser. The hosts went in front 10 minutes into the second half when Unai Nunez found the net.
However, the visitors pinched a point courtesy of Brais Mendez, who pounced to shoot on the turn in the 91st minute. The goal has left Bilbao mired in the bottom half of the table.
Girona's fortunes are in stark contrast, although the season's surprise package will likely still rue surrendering an equaliser to 17th-place Levante at home.
Jose Luis Morales got the goal for the visitors after Alex Granell had put Girona in front when he combined stylishly with the impressive Portu. The point could be priceless for a Levante side now seven points clear of the bottom three.
