EPL Table: Saturday's Week 21 Results, Scores and 2017 Premier League Standings
Mohamed Salah scored twice as Liverpool came from behind to beat Leicester City 2-1 at Anfield on Saturday in Week 21 of the Premier League.
Elsewhere, Chelsea thrashed Stoke City 5-0 to move ahead of Manchester United, who drew 0-0 with Southampton, while Newcastle United failed to beat Brighton & Hove Albion at St James' Park as they were held to a goalless stalemate.
That result could prove costly for the Magpies, as Bournemouth beat Everton 2-1 and Swansea City mounted a late comeback to beat Watford by the same scoreline.

Recap
Leicester took the lead at Anfield inside three minutes after they won the ball high up the pitch, before Riyad Mahrez pulled back for Jamie Vardy to fire home. The Englishman has an impressive record against the Premier League's elite:
The hosts responded strongly with a series of menacing attacks, but Kasper Schmeichel remained resolute in goal while Salah was guilty of missing some promising chances.
The Egyptian made amends early in the second half when he latched onto Sadio Mane's backheel and pulled the Reds level, and he turned Harry Maguire to fire home his second. Squawka Football hailed his efforts this season:
Antonio Rudiger headed Chelsea in front against Stoke after just two minutes when he rose unchallenged to head home Willian's free-kick, before Danny Drinkwater doubled their tally soon after with a superb half-volley from outside the area.
Football journalist Dan Levene remarked on Stoke's struggles:
The afternoon quickly got worse for the Potters as Pedro added a third with 23 minutes gone. Willian added a penalty in the second half before Davide Zappacosta rounded out the scoring late on.
United's winless Premier League run now stands at four games after their disappointing draw with Southampton, in which they were denied a penalty when Maya Yoshida handled the ball and saw a goal disallowed for offside when Paul Pogba turned in Nemanja Matic's already goal-bound effort.
The Red Devils would not have deserved to take three points on the quality of their play, though, as football writer Liam Canning noted:
Andre Carrillo's rebound from Richarlison's shot broke the deadlock for Watford at Vicarage Road, but a counter-attack with three minutes remaining saw Jordan Ayew fire Swansea back into contention in Carlos Carvalhal's first match in charge.
Luciano Narsingh struck in the 90th minute to hand the Portuguese a winning start for the Swans.
Newcastle missed the chance to climb the table as they failed to beat Brighton, with Mat Ryan denying Isaac Hayden and Dwight Gayle.
As the Mirror's Simon Bird noted, the Toon need to make some changes next month if they're to survive:
The Magpies face Stoke and Swansea in their next two matches, so picking up points will be crucial to the course of their campaign.
Bournemouth capitalised on a poor back pass from James McCarthy to take an early lead over Everton through Ryan Fraser.
Idrissa Gueye equalised shortly before the hour mark, but Fraser grabbed a second late on to secure an invaluable three points for the Cherries.
Burnley dominated Huddersfield for much of their contest but were unable to find a breakthrough, having been done no favours when they were denied a clear-cut penalty when Jonas Lossl fouled Jeff Hendrick.
The Clarets finish 2017 seventh in the Premier League, with a tricky home tie against Liverpool awaiting on New Year's Day.
