Sunday Recap
Liverpool made light work of Bournemouth as they moved back into fourth place in the Premier League with a comfortable win.
The Reds went ahead after 20 minutes courtesy of a fine solo goal from Philippe Coutinho. The Brazilian surged down the left, before cutting inside, beating a couple of defenders and slotting home.
Football writer Joel Rabinowitz said it might be Coutinho's best goal for the club:
Dejan Lovren added a second six minutes later after Roberto Firmino did brilliantly to keep the ball in from a corner and diverted it back to the defender to stoop low and head home.
Bournemouth ought to have pulled one back through Jermain Defoe, after he was released through on goal by Junior Stanislas.
However, although his shot beat goalkeeper Simon Mignolet, it also hit the inside of the post before rolling away to safety.
Salah then added a third just before half-time after cutting in from the right and curling the ball home.
Goal's Melissa Reddy showed just how brilliant Salah has been this season:
"Mohamed Salah. You can't deny him for too long! Persistence, pace, power and precision for #LFC's third. That's his 20th goal of the season in 26 games - the first Reds player to reach that figure since Suarez and Sturridge both did so in 2013-14.

Liverpool continued to punish Bournemouth after the break as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain hit the post before Coutinho crossed for Firmino to head home his side's fourth.
The Reds were simply far too good for the opposition with their front three again incredibly impressive, packed with pace, skill and clinical finishing.
Jurgen Klopp's side look in great shape and will surely be relishing their final Premier League outing before Christmas, a trip to the Emirates Stadium on Friday December 23rd to face Arsenal.
Earlier on Sunday, Manchester United returned to winning ways with a victory over struggling West Brom, that leaves Alan Pardew's men in the relegation zone.
Mourinho again chose to leave Henrikh Mkhitaryan out of his squad and the Armenian's absence has now become a regular occurrence, as shown by ESPN FC's Rob Dawson:
The visitors started the game brightly and took the lead after just 27 minutes. Marcus Rashford delivered a fine inswinging cross for Lukaku to head firmly past goalkeeper Ben Foster.
Opta noted the improvement in end-product from Rashford this season:
Lukaku opted not to celebrate against one of his former sides, but the Belgian now has three goals in his last four games and heads into the busy festive schedule in good goalscoring form.
United then doubled their lead eight minutes later when Jesse Lingard's shot from the edge of the penalty area took a deflection off Ahmed Hegazi and beat Foster.
Samuel Luckhurst at the Manchester Evening News highlighted how United are far more prolific this season:
The Red Devils looked to be cruising to a comfortable win but lost Antonio Valencia to injury in the second half and then saw Gareth Barry pull one back after 77 minutes to set up a nervy finale.
The midfielder poked the ball home after a goalmouth scramble as United were punished for a casual second-half display.
Despite looking shaky at times defensively in the closing stages, United managed to hold on for the victory to trim City's lead, while West Brom remain deep in trouble.
