The Blaugrana No. 10 netted twice in his team’s thrilling 4-2 win over Valencia on Sunday at the Camp Nou and has earned a ratings boost as a result. Accompanying him in the final third is Everton striker Romelu Lukaku, who was on the scoresheet twice and grabbed an assist in the 4-0 triumph over Hull City.
In midfield, after his superb assist in the 1-1 draw against Liverpool, Manchester City man Kevin De Bruyne also makes the cut.

Lionel Messi, Barcelona

While Messi is so consistent and prolific, it’s rare for him to be given an in-form card, such are the standards he’s set. It means that when they do come around, he’s a player gamers across the globe look to land.
This week, the 29-year-old undoubtedly deserves his boost. Valencia proved to be dogged opposition for Barcelona, even with 10 men, but Messi twice put his team ahead, first from the penalty spot and then with a thumping, right-footed finish from inside the area.
Although converting from the spot may seem like a simple task for a player of Messi’s class, Valencia have a penalty-saving expert in Diego Alves between the sticks. Per OptaJose, the stopper has yet to best the Barca man yet:
With a base rating of 93, there isn’t too much room for improvement when it comes to Messi’s statistics. His dribbling now stands at an eye-watering 98, his pace is up at 91 and his shooting is worth 93.
While the overall rating of 95 is below Messi’s Team of the Year ranking, for those who can’t afford to spend stratospheric amounts on their side, this card is a fantastic option.
Romelu Lukaku, Everton

Although Lukaku reportedly turned down a contract at Everton in the week leading up to the game against Hull, according to Phil McNulty of the BBC, he was the darling of Goodison Park come 5 p.m. on Saturday once again.
After a largely anonymous first hour, the Belgium international burst into life in the latter stages of the game. His dinked pass to set up Enner Valencia was delightful, before he slotted home twice after the 90th minute to take his goal haul for the season to 21 in the Premier League.
Per Squawka Football, the brace against the Tigers means there is daylight between Lukaku and the rest of the league’s top strikers in the race for the Golden Boot:
In what has been a memorable campaign for the striker, this will be his fourth boost on Ultimate Team. It makes an already sought-after card even more valuable given some of the assets he has as a player.
Unsurprisingly, Lukaku’s power and physicality are his best statistics, both rated at 92. And for a player that has previously complained about being "not quick enough" on FIFA, a mark of 87 for pace is sure to please the 23-year-old sharpshooter.
Kevin De Bruyne, Manchester City

In recent weeks De Bruyne hasn’t been at his imperious best for City, and for long spells against Liverpool on Sunday, he failed to get involved in the game.
Manager Pep Guardiola moved the midfielder out to the right flank in the second period, though, and suddenly the Belgian started to see much more of the ball. It was from that position he set up Sergio Aguero for City’s equalising goal and delivered plenty more devilish crosses into the box.
Kristof Terreur of Het Laatste Nieuws praised De Bruyne’s accuracy from wide positions with the ball and noted he’s been a little unlucky not to get on the scoresheet more frequently this term:
De Bruyne started the season in sensational style, although he’s been moved into a deeper position by Guardiola and has subsequently struggled to have quite as profound an effect on matches.
That’s reflected by a change in position with his latest in-form card, switching from an attacking midfielder to an orthodox midfielder. With dribbling rated at 89 and passing at a sky-high 90, he can be a creative force of nature for any gamer.
