Premier League Results Week 15: Sunday's 2016 EPL Scores, Top Scorers and Table
Diego Costa moved above Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez in the Premier League top scorers race after netting the only goal to help Chelsea beat West Bromwich Albion 1-0 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday and return to the top of the table.
Costa scored a stunning solo goal inside the 76th minute to get his 12th of the season and break down a defensively stubborn Baggies team. The goal let the Blues leapfrog London rivals Arsenal into top spot, giving them a lead of three points.
It also means Costa is now the outright leader in the race for the golden boot. He was the only member of the top 10 to add to his tally on a day when Zlatan Ibrahimovic couldn't score in Manchester United's 1-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford.

Costa was kept quiet for the first 70 minutes as the visitors packed midfield, denied space and closed off the supply lanes to Chelsea's attacking talisman. But the mark of a great striker is how quickly he comes alive when a rare chance comes his way.
Costa certainly answered the call when he out-muscled Baggies defender Craig Dawson out wide, before sprinting off the flank and into the box. The shot, when it came, arrowed like a rocket into the top corner to leave West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster with no chance.
The moment Costa scored, Simon Johnson of the London Evening Standard summed up the sentiment that best describes Costa:
What's most impressive about Costa's current scoring run is how quickly he's broken the double-digit mark compared to last season, per Sky Sports Statto:
It's a testament to how well Costa has responded to the tactics and motivation of manager Antonio Conte, who succeeded Jose Mourinho and Guus Hiddink in the summer.
Costa rarely gets goals in bunches. You don't see many hat-tricks or braces from Chelsea's main man. But he is usually good for a goal per game. He's easily the most consistent and ruthless contender for the golden boot at this stage.
Ibrahimovic couldn't match Costa's efforts despite United earning three valuable points thanks to Henrikh Mkhitaryan's goal. Ibrahimovic played most of the game with his back to goal but wasted an excellent opportunity in the first half when he collected Antonio Valencia's cross, shooting too close to Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
Like Ibrahimovic, Mane was heavily involved in Liverpool's routes to goal. He teed up Adam Lallana for the first, before his cross was spilled by Hammers goalkeeper Darren Randolph in the second half, allowing Divock Origi to tap in.
The creative output maintained Mane's status as a hugely influential figure in the final third as these numbers from Squawka show:
Yet despite his success as a supplier, Mane never got free on the type of direct runs that usually put him behind a defence. Liverpool just couldn't release the winger's pace behind a stubborn West Ham rearguard.
It's going to take a special striker to keep pace with Costa this season. Arsenal have one in Sanchez, but even he can't match the deadly efficiency of Chelsea's prolific goal-getter.
The Blues will remain favourites for the title as long as Costa stays fit.
