No. 9 Oklahoma runs away from Oklahoma St. in the Bedlam Series, blowing out the rival Cowboys by a 38-20 margin.

Running back Samaje Perine led the way for the Sooners, piling up 239 yards and a score on a workmanlike 37 carries. Backfield mate Joe Mixon joined the party as well, putting it away with a 79-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. In all, the Sooners ran for 341 on the day.

Though they held an early lead, the Cowboys were outclassed in this one. Quarterback Mason Rudolph completed only 11 of his 25 passes for 186 yards as the Sooners clamped down on his rushing attack.

The Big 12 title is coach Bob Stoops' 10th in 18 years at Oklahoma and puts the Sooners in position for a Sugar Bowl appearance.
