Missouri vs. LSU: Live Score, Highlights for Tigers vs. Tigers
LSU 42, Missouri 7 — Final
LSU flexed its muscle in the first game after Les Miles’ termination, scoring the game’s first 35 points en route to a big 42-7 victory in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Saturday night.
It was LSU’s running game that bolstered the Tigers (3-2) to victory, which was surprising as Heisman Trophy candidate Leonard Fournette sat with an ankle injury. Derrius Guice ran for 163 yards and three touchdowns, Darrel Williams added 130 yards and three touchdowns, and LSU gained an incredible 418 rushing yards in Ed Orgeron’s first game as interim head coach.
The LSU defense was its usual stingy self, limiting Missouri (2-3) to 265 total yards. Drew Lock came in as the SEC’s top passer, but he was limited to just 167 yards and an interception.
We watched the game and provided live analysis all evening long.
