EPL Table: 2016 Week 4 Standings After Sunday's Premier League Scores
Chelsea are no longer the owners of a 100 percent record in the 2016-17 Premier League season, as the Blues were held to a 2-2 draw by Swansea City on Sunday.
The west Londoners saw their winning start to the campaign come to an end despite Diego Costa's brace, with Gylfi Sigurdsson and Leroy Fer bagging goals for the Liberty Stadium hosts.
Manchester City also recorded their fourth win of the campaign under manager Pep Guardiola on Saturday, getting Week 4 of the new campaign underway with a 2-1 derby win over Manchester United.

Manchester City the Winners
We're only four weeks into the new season, but already a gap of two points has opened up at the summit, with Manchester City now the only side to have won all their encounters thus far.
Liam Twomey of ESPN FC put into further detail just how disappointed Chelsea could feel with just one point, having let their 1-0 lead slip in just a matter of minutes:
The Men in Blazers podcast pointed out who the real victor from the Liberty Stadium result was, however, and it was neither of the teams in attendance:
Guardiola has now faced Stoke City, Manchester United and West Ham United in the early stages of his Manchester City tenure, winning at each juncture.
Chelsea will now take the time to lick their wounds and rue a missed opportunity, and their punishment is gifting the Citizens daylight at the Premier League perch for the first time this season.
Costa Up to Old Tricks Again

The 2015-16 campaign was a fairly forgettable one for Costa and many others at Stamford Bridge, but the early displays in 2016-17 suggest the Spain international is ready to put all that behind him.
Sunday's opening goal was Costa's third of the season under Conte, leaving ESPN FC writer Jake Cohen to highlight the swift turnaround in form he's undergone playing in the Italian's system:
Costa's second strike came via an overhead kick and pulled his side back level following Sigurdsson and Fer's strikes to put the Swans ahead, and he was at his accurate best in attack.
His 18th-minute strike was also by no means an easy finish, despite having the ball laid on a plate by team-mate Oscar. Former Liverpool and Manchester United striker Michael Owen had to pay tribute:
Costa now has more considerable competition for a starting spot with the threat of summer signing Michy Batshuayi sitting on the bench, which could work to bring out the best in the Brazil-born striker.
Conte can only hope his frontman is still building up to his best, as four weeks into the new season, all signals point to this being a very fruitful campaign for Costa in attack.
